Kim
Kim grew up in the world of fitness. As a young girl at the age of 14 she was already training and playing at an elite level of soccer, and by 17, was one of the youngest players in the W-league. After the end of her soccer career, Kim found a new way to train and fell in love with the gym, nutrition and with the understanding that the two go hand in hand. Kim has competed in fitness competitions and loves the training journey that comes with it. Her belief is this: "When you push your limits and believe in yourself, you find your potential, and anything is possible. Push hard, reach your goals and find that motivation. Ask "what's your why?" Once you know, everything falls into place! Strive for progress not perfection!"

Take strength training to the next level with Express Sculpt! This 30-minute strength-based class uses hand weights and other studio equipment to condition and sculpt the entire body. This class is ideal for anyone looking for an intense toning class without the cardio!

Functional Mobility
This class will focus on the basics of mobility training and functional movements. This low intensity class will include movements and exercises that improve joint health which in turn will allow the participant to improve strength, stability and mobility. This class targets muscles that are responsible for stability and flexibility. Suitable for all ages and levels but very applicable for older adults.

Xtreme Sculpt
Take strength training to the next level with Xtreme Sculpt!
Xtreme Sculpt is a non-impact, strength-based class that uses hand weights and other studio equipment to condition and sculpt the entire body. We've added a splash of plyometrics to intensify the burn!

Come get out of your comfort zone and Push Pull Pedal!
