Kim Coady

Kim grew up in the world of fitness. As a young girl at the age of 14 she was already training and playing at an elite level of soccer, and by 17, was one of the youngest players in the W-league. After the end of her soccer career, Kim found a new way to train and fell in love with the gym, nutrition and with the understanding that the two go hand in hand. Kim has competed in fitness competitions and loves the training journey that comes with it. Her belief is this: "When you push your limits and believe in yourself, you find your potential, and anything is possible. Push hard, reach your goals and find that motivation. Ask "what's your why?" Once you know, everything falls into place! Strive for progress not perfection!"
A 50 minute class that features timed rowing periods alternating with various plyometric and other circuit-style exercises, using boxes, battle ropes, medicine balls, stairs and more! This class combines cardio and full body muscle conditioning, guaranteed to torch calories. Become powerful, challenge yourself to be your best with this interval class.
