Sandra Asuchak

Sandra's passion for fitness started 35 years ago when she stepped foot into her first fitness facility in Toronto! Years of fitness classes and self-motivated workouts have taught Sandra how important activity is for keeping you fit both physically and mentally. Her love of the fitness world motivated Sandra to slowly phase away from an office job to a job where helping people get and stay in shape was the main focus.

Fourteen years ago she made it official and became AFLCA and CanFitPro certified to teach Indoor Cycle and Group Exercise. Sandra also holds certificates in Bender Ball Foundation and Total Barre and is one of the few instructors in Lethbridge certified in Indoor Rowing. When not instructing, Sandra loves to run, both on and off road, mountain bike in Fernie, and enjoys spending time with her son. Sandra is excited to share her passion for fitness with you at Kinetic!

Sonia Stock

Sonia is a certified Group Exercise instructor through the Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association (AFLCA). She primarily teaches high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and bootcamp style classes that promote high energy and anaerobic conditioning. Sonia encourages participants to always put in that extra effort and push a little harder. It's all about mind over matter for her. Sonia's message to others is to challenge yourself daily, whether physically or mentally, and to promote a sense of well-being, achievement and confidence. Sonia is eager to share her fitness knowledge and passion to motivate clients to follow through with their individual health and fitness goals. It's not easy, but it sure is worth every drop of sweat!

Kristina Zemp

For more than half her life Kristina has had the honour and pleasure of instructing a variety of group fitness classes. She loves helping others feel the benefits of daily exercise and firmly believes that movement is medicine for the mind and body. Kristina completed an Associates degree in Pre-dietetics and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science along with specialty training in pilates, yoga, strength and spin. She is the mother of 4 busy children and loves to hike and bike with them and her husband Russ.
HIIT Fit is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Get ready to sweat and burn calories!
