Sonia is a certified Group Exercise instructor through the Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association (AFLCA). She primarily teaches high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and bootcamp style classes that promote high energy and anaerobic conditioning. Sonia encourages participants to always put in that extra effort and push a little harder. It's all about mind over matter for her. Sonia's message to others is to challenge yourself daily, whether physically or mentally, and to promote a sense of well-being, achievement and confidence. Sonia is eager to share her fitness knowledge and passion to motivate clients to follow through with their individual health and fitness goals. It's not easy, but it sure is worth every drop of sweat!
