Sandra Asuchak

Sandra's passion for fitness started 35 years ago when she stepped foot into her first fitness facility in Toronto! Years of fitness classes and self-motivated workouts have taught Sandra how important activity is for keeping you fit both physically and mentally. Her love of the fitness world motivated Sandra to slowly phase away from an office job to a job where helping people get and stay in shape was the main focus.

Fourteen years ago she made it official and became AFLCA and CanFitPro certified to teach Indoor Cycle and Group Exercise. Sandra also holds certificates in Bender Ball Foundation and Total Barre and is one of the few instructors in Lethbridge certified in Indoor Rowing. When not instructing, Sandra loves to run, both on and off road, mountain bike in Fernie, and enjoys spending time with her son. Sandra is excited to share her passion for fitness with you at Kinetic!

Ruth Anthony

Ruth has been a dedicated fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach for over seven years. She works with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, individuals with special needs, those recovering from injuries or managing chronic health conditions, and pre- and postnatal women. Her mission is to help each client build strength, improve overall wellness, and gain lasting body confidence.

She holds certifications in personal training, weight training, women’s coaching, pre- and postnatal coaching, and nutrition coaching. Outside of coaching, Ruth is an avid bodybuilder who also enjoys kickboxing.

Beyond the gym, Ruth is a proud mother and stepmother to five children.

Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that fitness should be enjoyable, accessible, and tailored to the unique needs of every individual. Rather than focusing solely on goals, Ruth takes into account your real-life circumstances, strengths, and lifestyle. Each class or session is thoughtfully designed to support lasting progress. By working together, you’ll establish a strong foundation for lifelong health—both physically and mentally.

An exclusive fast paced Kettle Bell conditioning class targeting a full body workout and incorporating HIIT (high intensity interval training) exercises to work up your heart rate and turn up your sweat glands. Put it all out on the floor and leave dripping wet! Modifications available for all levels.
