Strength Endurance

Jessica's fitness journey began in house at Kinetic, in 2016. She started attending classes regularly and Kinetic soon became her second home. Jess' love for working out sparked a new found passion for fitness and training. Jessica is now a CanFitPro certified Personal Trainer. After reaching some of her own personal goals, she wants to help others achieve their fitness goals. Jess aims to provide accountability, guidance, and balance to her personal training clients.
This class is designed to build muscular endurance by incorporating high-repetition strength training with moderate weights and minimal rest periods. Unlike traditional strength classes that focus on maximum power, this format targets the ability of your muscles to sustain effort over time. Enhancing mental resilience by challenging participants to push through fatigue. Participants will leave feeling stronger and conditioned for prolonged activity.
