DST - Drop Set Training

Jessica's fitness journey began in house at Kinetic, in 2016. She started attending classes regularly and Kinetic soon became her second home. Jess' love for working out sparked a new found passion for fitness and training. Jessica is now a CanFitPro certified Personal Trainer. After reaching some of her own personal goals, she wants to help others achieve their fitness goals. Jess aims to provide accountability, guidance, and balance to her personal training clients.

If you are looking to challenge your muscles, this lifting class is perfect for you! Focusing on one major muscle group at a time, this class will have you “maxing out" those muscles. Experience a true burnout, using heavy, medium and light weights in a drop-set fashion, until the muscles are fatigued. Each class features personal challenges and the opportunity to even out your strength on both sides of the body.
