How do I start taking classes?

Getting started at Kinetic is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

1. SIGN UP on online to create an account.
2. BUY CLASSES. Click on the ONLINE STORE tab at the top of the page. Choose the MEMBERSHIPS tab to choose from a range of drop-in class series and unlimited monthly memberships to fit your needs. Or Choose the AUTO RENEW tab to take advantage of our most cost effective membership!
3. CHECK OUT to complete your purchase Click on the CLASSES tab to view the schedule and to peruse our awesome classes and fantastic instructors. Click SIGN UP NOW to register for your class
4. Go to class and HAVE FUN!


When can I reserve a class?

You can register for a class up to 4 months in advance. We encourage you to sign up for your favorite classes as they may fill up quickly. Reservations can be made up to 15 minutes before the start of class. All reservations will be held up to 5 minutes prior to the class start time, after which, all open spaces will be given to walk-in and wait-listed clients. When you arrive at the studio, please sign-in at the front desk, so we know that you have arrived and are attending class. If you have not checked in 5 minutes prior to class, Kinetic reserves the right to give your spot to a walk-in member.


Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes, you may cancel with a minimum of 2 hours notice prior to the class start time. If you are a Class Card holder and do not cancel within the minimum 2 hours notice, one class will be deducted from your Class Card. For Unlimited Memberships, if you no-show or late-cancel with less than 2 hours notice, your account will be charged a Drop-In fee of $16.

Is there a wait-list option for busy or popular classes?

Yes, there is a wait-list option. As soon as a bike or spot has opened up for you, we will notify you by email or by text message (sent in advance of 90 minutes before class). It is your responsibility to check your email or cell phone if you are on the wait-list to avoid a missed class charge. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FROM THE STUDIO. Remember, when you put yourself on a wait-list, the system uses one of your credits to hold your place. If you do not plan on attending class, please remove yourself from the wait list to avoid penalty.


What happens at check-in and what happens if I am late or have to leave early?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure you have adequate time to check in at the front desk, get water, get settled, etc. This is especially important for FIRST TIME STUDENTS so that you can be properly oriented and fitted on the bike.

When you arrive at the studio, please sign-in or scan your bar-coded key tag at the front desk, so we know that you have arrived and are attending class. If you have not checked in 5 minutes prior to class, Kinetic reserves the right to give your spot to a wait-list member.

ARRIVING LATE: If you arrive late for a class, you may lose your spot to a wait-list or drop-in member.

LEAVING EARLY: If you know ahead of time that you will need to leave a class early, please notify the instructor before class begins. If you need to leave class before it ends because you are ill, dizzy or have another health-related issue, please notify either the instructor or front desk staff. Your safety is our primary concern. 


Are packages interchangeable for all types of classes?

Absolutely! You can use your class series and unlimited monthly membership for all of our fitness classes.

Do my multiple-card classes expire?

Yes. Class series expire 1 year from date of purchase.


How do I cancel my Auto-renewal membership?

This membership automatically renews subsequent to your minimum 4-month commitment until notice of cancellation is given. Cancellation must be given a minimum of 30 days prior to your monthly renewal date. A cancellation request must be received in writing or via electronic mail to


Can I purchase classes/credits for a friend?

Yes! You can purchase gift cards online or at the studio. Gift cards are for specific dollar amounts.


Can I share classes/credits with a friend?

Class passes may be shared with someone! Please call us or come in person to set this up. However, unlimited memberships may not be shared.


Do you only offer spin classes?

No, we offer a variety of classes! Check out our schedule page for a full list of our classes!
