Sandra's passion for fitness started 25 years ago when she stepped foot into her first fitness facility in Toronto! Years of fitness classes and self-motivated workouts have taught Sandra how important activity is for keeping you fit both physically and mentally. Her love of the fitness world motivated Sandra to slowly phase away from an office job to a job where helping people get and stay in shape was the main focus.
Three years ago she made it official and became AFLCA and CanFitPro certified to teach Indoor Cycle and Group Exercise. Sandra also holds certificates in Bender Ball Foundation and Total Barre. When not instructing, Sandra loves to run, both on and off road, and enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Sandra is excited to share her passion for fitness with you at Kinetic!

Geared to keep you in the fat-burning zone, this endurance-based, steady-state class is guaranteed to leave you drenched! Drills will maintain a specific cadence from start to finish. This ride will challenge your mental and physical endurance. Come ready to work!
In this class you’ll work your body to the high energy beats of rock, hip-hop, alternative, pop, and techno as you climb, sprint, and race. Pair that with a spectacular light and sound show, and you’ve got yourself a party on a bike!
For those extra early risers! Power 5.3.0 combines cardio and muscle conditioning and will shape and tone your entire body in a challenging yet fun way. This is a great time to enjoy the music and feel the burn!
Ride from the coulees to the riverbottom in this journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. Come find the inspiration you’ve been looking for to help you achieve your personal goals! This class is for the beginners as well as seasoned cyclists!
HIIT Fit Bootcamp
HIIT Fit is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Get ready to sweat and burn calories!
Watch out riders! This class gives the Instructor freedom to design any kind of fun ride. Some workouts may be simulated mountain bike rides, pyramid workouts, jumps, road riding through the coulees, races, epic climbs, technical rides, team work, sprints, etc… anything your instructor can think up! Intensity will vary from class to class, depending on each individual instructor.
Private Spin Class
If you are a group of 10 or more people and are looking for a fun, high-energy activity look no further!
