Michele’s love for fitness began three years ago when she became a licensed Zumba® instructor. She has since expanded her knowledge by becoming a CanFitPro Fitness Instructor Specialist, and taking her AFLCA Spin Certification. She teaches a variety of fitness classes, including Spin, circuit and muscle classes, and of course Zumba® and its various specialties. One of her most exciting experiences was living and working at a resort in Mexico as a member of the entertainment and activities team, where she spent her days teaching dance classes, aqua fit classes, and playing beach volleyball. She is currently entering her final practicum semester in the Faculty of Education at the University of Lethbridge. When she is not planning lessons for school or teaching group x classes, Michele loves to spend time outside, at the lake or golfing in the summer, and skiing in the winter.
