Brynne's yoga journey started with a casual interest and she quickly discovered a passion for not only the physical practice but the overall balance and wellness of yoga. Ten years later she has become a devoted daily practitioner and she appreciates the focus of the mind, body and breath that her yoga practice provides. Brynne attained her teacher training in 2011 with Rameen Peyrow at the SATTVA School of Yoga through the Canadian Yoga Alliance and she is so excited to share her knowledge and love of yoga with all of you.

Yoga For Cyclists & Runners - NEW!!
The repetitive movements of cycling and running can cause joint pain and muscle fatigue. Slow down and stretch in this Yin inspired yoga class that will focus on strengthening and increasing flexibility in the lower half of the body (calves, hamstrings, quads, glutes and hips) as well as the core and back. Each pose will be held for 3 minutes utilizing props and the practitioners breathe to open and release layers of fascia. No yoga experience is required and if you are a newbie or seasoned cyclist and/or runner come stretch and have some fun.
Rise and Shine Yoga - NEW!!
Start your morning off right and give the middle of your week a boost of energy! In this dynamic practice we will connect breath and movement as we wake up our body and mind while we strengthen, tone and work out tension in the body.
Suitable for all levels; leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day!
Power Yoga incorporates balance, flexibility, strength and mental focus with dynamic movement in order to enhance communication between mind and muscle. Movements are graceful yet powerful, allowing the body to become strong and supple, and the mind to become calm and composed.
