Tenille is a Canfitpro Fitness Instructor Specialist who began teaching group classes through the Winnipeg YMCA-YWCA in 2013. She loves teaching anything from TRX to bootcamp to relaxation and stretch style classes. Her goal with any workout is to coach people to push their boundaries, work hard and leave feeling healthy, happy and accomplished! She believes fitness is a tool that can be used to combat stress, overcome challenges and promote peace of mind. Outside of Kinetic she is completing a B.A. in Psychology, loves tennis, kickboxing and songwriting!

Suitable for all fitness levels, PKL combines no-contact kicks, punches & other cardio moves with body weight and free weight exercises! Punch, kick and lift your way to a leaner, healthier you!
Fitness should be FUN! Come expecting a unique combination of cardio conditioning and strength training, utilizing various pieces of equipment and/or stations. From "Choose your own adventure" to "100 Reps" to "Partner/Team Workouts". Expect to sweat and have fun doing it!
Ride from the coulees to the riverbottom in this journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. Come find the inspiration you’ve been looking for to help you achieve your personal goals! This class is for the beginners as well as seasoned cyclists!
