Rennie teaches Hatha Yoga and Yoga Flow and has been developing her practice as a Yoga practitioner for the last 10 years. She has been teaching for a year after completing her 200hr YTT to become a Yoga Instructor and is registered with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. Rennie loves and is passionate about teaching and the fitness industry. She is extremely dedicated to helping her students achieve their health and fitness goals. She has expanded her training and is also a certified BeachBody PiYo instructor. Rennie is looking forward to meeting and motivating new people on their fitness path.
