Chantelle Erickson

Chantelle's passion for fitness was first ignited in college by her roommate who helped her overcome her fear of “the gym” and helped her discover her passion for running.
 
She is especially passionate about helping moms-to-be and moms with young children feel energetic and positive about their self-image having recovered her body after three pregnancies!
 
Her second passion is working with endurance athletes in helping them to strength train to improve athletic performance, particularly core performance training and flexibility training.

Chantelle has the most fun in the world creating fitness classes, spin sets and personal training programs. She is a certified CanFitPro Personal Training Specialist, certified Fit4Two Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist, certified Keiser Cycle Instructor, Certified Total Barre Instructor and qualified TRX Instructor. "If it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you" is her personal motto.

In her spare time she loves being a mom, hiking, with the mountains in view, trail running, running marathons and has her first ultra marathon on the horizon in 2017!

Chantelle believes that indoor cycling is THE greatest and safest workout  for any age and stage in one's personal fitness journey. She believes that fitness should be functional and fun!  She pours her heart out on her playlists...the beats must be banging and motivating!

  • Xtreme Sculpt
  • Take strength training to the next level with Xtreme Sculpt! 
    Xtreme Sculpt is a non-impact, strength-based class that uses hand weights and other studio equipment to condition and sculpt the entire body. We've added a splash of plyometrics to intensify the burn! 

  • Hustle for the Muscle - NEW!!
  • Not your average strength training class! How many rounds can you complete of three different exercises with specified rep counts in an allotted amount of time? Work at your own pace within the set time frames. This class is set up circuit style in stations using various pieces of equipment such as kettlebells, TRX, BOSU, steps, weights and more. Practicing proper form and elevating your heart rate while building up strength in specific muscle groups leaves you with an improved resting heart rate and longer leaner muscles. Build muscle without mass!

  • Baby Bump/Baby Mama Bootcamp
  • Baby Bump Bootcamp
    Get moving and increase your energy with low intensity and circuit training style workouts. Several modifications are demonstrated, so that you can choose the option that works best for your prenatal body. This class is designed to keep key muscles in your chest, back, core and legs strong, to help you carry a growing baby belly. The class is tailored to meet you at your current trimester.
     
     
    Baby Mama Bootcamp
    Get your body back and increase your energy with Tabata, HIIT and circuit training style workouts. Several modifications are demonstrated, so that you can choose the option that works best for your recovering body. Include baby in the workout at anytime, as modifications can be made to accommodate holding baby or wearing baby in a front carrier (fabric carriers not permitted).
     
    FOR THE SUMMER SESSION, THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. LOCATION WILL BE INDIAN BATTLE PARK.

  • Pedal Party
  • In this class you’ll work your body to the high energy beats of rock, hip-hop, alternative, pop, and techno as you climb, sprint, and race. Pair that with a spectacular light and sound show, and you’ve got yourself a party on a bike!

  • Pedal to the Metal
  • Looking to push yourself to the limits? This class is for you! Begin class with an easy five minutes of steady state cycling, followed by 20 minutes of hill repeats, twenty minutes of flats with sprints and finish off with five minutes of endurance (wind resistance anyone?). Leave sweaty and satisfied!

  • Total Barre
  • Total Barre combines elements of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training to increase flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. Using the ballet bar, this low-impact, total body conditioning routine creates an intense workout, guaranteed to transform and sculpt your entire body in just 50 minutes,  creating long, lean muscles without the bulk!

  • HIIT Storm - NEW!!
  • Wanna burn some stubborn body fat? No better way to tackle that than with high intensity exercises that will send your heart rate into the fat burning zone! This class follows a 15 minute format: 10 minutes of HIIT cardio, 10 minutes of HIIT strength and 10 minutes of HIIT core!

  • Isolation
  • Looking to tone your arms, glutes, or another specific body part? Then this class is for you! The instructor will focus on two to three muscle groups for the entire class. Work opposing muscles like Back and Biceps, Chest and Triceps, Shoulders and Obliques, Glutes and Quads or Hamstrings and Hips. Each class will ISOLATE these areas giving you an opportunity to make gains in that specific region. 

  • Baby Bump Bootcamp
  • Get moving and increase your energy with low intensity and circuit training style workouts. Several modifications are demonstrated, so that you can choose the option that works best for your prenatal body. This class is designed to keep key muscles in your chest, back, core and legs strong, to help you carry a growing baby belly. The class is tailored to meet you at your current trimester.
     
    * New (postnatal) moms are also welcome to attend this without their little one *

  • Rise & Ride - NEW!!
  • Out late Friday night? Go ahead sleep in! Make sure you have your Wheaties for breakfast because you're about to kick off your Saturday with some serious sweat! Team and partner work drills, endurance, hills and sprints make this class energizing and uplifting and a sure fire way to start the weekend off right!

  • Raise the Barre - NEW!!!
  • Looking for leaner legs and arms and a more defined waistline? Look no further. High reps and light to moderate weights with the fusion of ballet, yoga and Pilates and weight lifting makes this class "not your average barre class." Barre positions and concepts applied to weight lifting and plyometrics makes every bit of effort count towards change in your body! This is a great class for runners, yogis, spin addicts and cyclists as it conditions with muscular endurance style and increases the flexibility of your hips and many other joints!

  • Reminiscent Ride - NEW!!
  • Kickin' it old school with jams from the 70's, 80's, 90's and early 2000's. Keep the beat with your feet as you cruise hills, flats and sprints and remember the good ol' days!

  • Strength & Stretch
  • Strengthen and stretch your entire body! This class incorporates body weight, free weights, pilates and stretching/relaxation exercises to leave you feeling strong and flexible. The perfect way to end your day!
