Kendra joined the fitness industry in 2010, obtaining her AFLCA group exercise designation and has been teaching cycling classes ever since! More recently she received her AFLCA resistance trainer certification, and has begun teaching bootcamps. It was her enthusiasm and passion for fitness that inspired her to become an instructor. Kendra has her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Lethbridge and practices as a Registered Nurse. Her career as a RN, and her journey as a fitness instructor reminds her every day about the importance of keeping a healthy body and mind. Kendra is a Mom of two, Peyton and Sienna, and wants to share her love of fitness with them and you! Kendra has always been active in sports. She is an avid runner, and loves to run half marathons, pushing herself to her maximum potential each and every time. Kendra is an adrenaline junkie……serious sweat, dance party music and intensity is what you will find in Kendra’s cycle class!! Kendra hopes you will join her in class and is very excited to be part of the team at Kinetic Fitness!!!

Crank of Dawn
Start your day off right with this high energy, heart-pumping cycling class. Head out on a simulated road ride using fast flats, steady hills, sprints and interval training. Rev up your metabolism for the entire day ahead!
In this class you’ll work your body to the high energy beats of rock, hip-hop, alternative, pop, and techno as you climb, sprint, and race. Pair that with a spectacular light and sound show, and you’ve got yourself a party on a bike!
Watch out riders! This class gives the Instructor freedom to design any kind of fun ride. Some workouts may be simulated mountain bike rides, pyramid workouts, jumps, road riding through the coulees, races, epic climbs, technical rides, team work, sprints, etc… anything your instructor can think up! Intensity will vary from class to class, depending on each individual instructor.
